Realistically speaking, what would be your chances of getting to the first page of those search results?
Before you start optimizing for a specific keyword, do your research! Searching Google for the keyword phrase /work at home ideas for moms/ reveals less than 23M results (which is still high, but you see where I am going with this). It will be 3364 times easier to get to the front page of those results, thus quickly increasing your MLM lead generation.
Your objective here is to rank high for less searched keywords, rather than low for more popular ones.
So how do you find which keywords to target?
I’d like to suggest a couple of ways. One of the criteria you should look at is your keyword search volume. It should give you an idea of how popular the keyword is. So simply go to a Google search box, type in your keyword and see how many results come up. Again, anything under 300K is pretty good.
